4 rice cakes or 4 slices whole wheat bread
4 tablespoons peanut butter/other nut butter, or hummus
1 banana, sliced
1 cucumber, sliced
1 carrot, sliced
1/2 red pepper
1/4 cup craisins or raisins
Any other fruit or vegetable you have available…
- Spread 1 tablespoon nut butter or hummus on each slice of bread or rice cake.
- Slice vegetables in circles, half circles and other various shapes that will work well for animals.
- Have fun decorating!
Serving Size: 1 rice cake or slice of bread
Yield: 4 servings
