Avocado Dip with an Extra Protein Punch

Ingredients:

1 ripe avocado
2 hardboiled eggs, yolks removed
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
Dash of pepper

Instructions:

  1. Mash the avocado and egg whites together until smooth.
  2. Combine with all ingredients.
  3. Use as dip for carrot sticks or other vegetables.

Serving Size:  2 Tablespoons
