Frozen Greek Yogurt Grape Pops

Grape Greek Yogurt PopsRecipe by Charna Sheinfeld, Nutrition Intern

Ingredients:

20 large grapes
3-4 oz. plain Greek yogurt
1-2 tablespoons honey
1/3 cup topping shredded toasted coconut or bittersweet chocolate shavings

Instructions: 

  1. Wash grapes.  Dry well.
  2. Place one toothpick in the center of each grape.
  3. Freeze grapes till frozen, about 3-4 hours.
  4. Mix Greek yogurt with honey.
  5. Remove grapes from freezer.  Dip each grape into the Greek yogurt/honey mixture.
  6. Directly dip into topping.
  7. Place on lined pan and return to freezer, about 2 hours.
