Papaya Peach Salsa

Papyay Peach Salsa 1Recipe by Charna Sheinfeld, Nutrition Intern

Ingredients:

1 small papaya, peeled and diced
1 peach, pitted, and diced
1/4 cup chopped red onion
1 tablespoon jalapeno pepper, seeded and minced
1 teaspoon honey
2 tablespoon lime juice
1/4 teaspoon grated fresh ginger
Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions: 

Mix together all ingredients.  Chill and serve.

Serving Size: 2 tbsp.

Yield: 2 cups
