Scrumptious Chocolate Cake
Serves 30
Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups sugar
1/2 cup oil
1 1/2 cups unsweetened applesauce
2 cups egg substitute
4 egg whites
2 tsp. vanilla extract
1 cup cocoa
3/4 cup matzoh meal
1/2 cup potato starch
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
Instructions:
- Beat sugar and oil together.
- Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Pour batter into a 9 x 13 inch pan sprayed with non-stick cooking spray.
- Bake at 350 degrees F for approximately 1 hour.
