Berry Chia Smoothie

Ingredients:
1/2 cup frozen strawberries
1/2 cup frozen blueberries
1 cup low-fat milk
1/4 cup Greek 0% yogurt
2 Medjool dates, pitted
2 tablespoons chia seeds
Instructions:
Place all ingredients in a blender. Blend well.
Serving Size: 1 cup
