Grilled Mango and Peach Skewers

Serves 6
Ingredients:
2 medium ripe mangoes, cut into 6 large wedges
3 medium ripe peaches (or nectarines), cut into 4 wedges
12 wooden skewers for grilling
Olive oil spray
Cinnamon, optional
Instructions:
- Thread one mango wedge and one peach wedge on each skewer.
- Spray grill (or grill pan) with olive oil spray.
- Heat grill well to be sure it is very hot.
- Place the skewers on the grill and grill for 1 1/2 – 2 minutes on each side until grill marks form.
- Serve immediately.
