As spring approaches and you get ready for summer fun in the sun, you want to look and feel your best. Why not do it by filling your plate with food that gives you energy, puts you in a better mood, and improves your focus. It’s time to graze the supermarket looking for new foods which will help you be the best you can be!

- Artichokes- loaded with magnesium, these low-calorie veggies give you the boost you need to get through your day!

I am glad to read that my diet is mostly good for me. My fave food is raw chocolate, which I have with walnuts, blueberries and greek yoghurt most days.
