- Sorbet: Sorbet also known as “water-ice” or “Italian-ice” is a dairy-free dessert consisting mainly of frozen fruit. Sorbet is great when you are looking for something fruity and refreshing. It’s also the perfect treat to have that is sweet but can be found usually free of added sugars.
- Soy-based Ice Cream: Soy ice cream is a great dairy-free alternative. Soy milk is lactose-free and contains the same amount of protein as regular milk. Additionally, soy is cholesterol-free, and a good source of omega-3 fatty acids for heart health.

Instructions: Blend all ingredients in a blender until smooth and creamy. For a more ice-cream like consistency, freeze overnight, then add to a bowl, and enjoy!

Ingredients: Fruit of your choice, ice, soy milk
Instructions: Blend all ingredients in a blender until creamy and smooth For a more ice-cream like consistency, freeze overnight, then add to a bowl, and enjoy!
Homemade Ice-Cream
Ingredients: Milk, cocoa powder, heavy cream, vanilla extract, sugar
Instructions: Whisk together milk, cocoa powder, and sugar until well blended. Add in heavy cream, and vanilla extract. Freeze for at least 1 hour until completely frozen, remove from freezer, scoop into bowls, and enjoy!
