Having a healthy immune system is key to fighting off viruses and infection. A major way to keep your immune system healthy is to focus on eating nutrient-rich foods. Fruits, vegetables and other whole foods are full of micronutrients and antioxidants that your body needs.

In addition to eating a balanced diet, there are other steps you can take to ensure you are keeping your body healthy.
