Avocado Dip with an Extra Protein Punch
Recipe by Charna Sheinfeld, Nutrition Intern
Ingredients:
1 ripe avocado
2 hardboiled eggs, yolks removed
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
Dash of pepper
Instructions:
- Mash the avocado and egg whites together until smooth.
- Combine with all ingredients.
- Use as dip for carrot sticks or other vegetables.
Serving Size: 2 Tablespoons
