Crunchy Blueberry Granola Bars
Serves 18
Ingredients:
½ cup honey
¼ cup brown sugar
2 tablespoons canola oil
1½teaspoons ground cinnamon
3 cups quick cooking oats, dry
2 cups fresh blueberries
Instructions:
1. Preheat ovent 350°F.
2. Spray a 9 x 9-inch square baking pan with nonstick spray.
3. In a medium saucepan, combine honey, brown sugar, oil and cinnamon. Bring to a boil, and boil for 2 minutes without stirring.
4. In a large mixingbowl, combine oats and blueberries. Stir in honey mixture until thoroughly mixed.
5. Spread into prepared pan and press the mixture flat. Bake for approximately 35 minutes or until lightly browned.
6. Cool completely. Cut into 1 x 4½- inch bars.
