Peaches are in season this month, and it’s the perfect time to gain some knowledge on this delicious and nutritious packed fruit. Peaches come packed with vitamins and minerals making them an excellent snack choice for when you are craving something sweet and delicious.

 

When peaches are ripe, they provide the perfect amount of sweetness. They are commonly known as “stone fruits” much like cherries, plums, and apricots, due to their fairly large seed. Peaches are versatile, they can be baked, grilled, or just eaten straight from the fridge.
