Vanilla Maple Overnight Oats with Pomegranate

Overnight oats 1Recipe by Charna Sheinfeld, Nutrition Intern

Ingredients:

1/2 cup rolled Oats (not quick oats)
1/2 cup low-fat milk
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 teaspoon maple syrup
1 tablespoon pomegranate seeds

Instructions: 

  1. Place all ingredients except pomegranate seeds in an airtight container or mason jar.
  2. Place in refrigerator overnight.
  3. In the morning, add pomegranate seeds, and enjoy!
